This course provides problem solvers with an in-depth understanding of the principles that inform the patented REASON® root cause analysis problem solving methodology.
The training is structured to include immediate practical application of new skills to real-life case study examples, re-enforcing the learning outcomes and providing immediate hands-on experience using the new problem solving skills.

PROBLEM SOLVING TECHNOLOGIES AND SKILLS TRANSFERRED
We ensure course participants are provided with practical skills; that can be used immediately to undertake rigorous professional analysis of operational incidents, problems and adverse outcomes.
Participants will be provided with training in the REASON® patented root cause analysis problem solving methodology; first day back participants will have the tools and strategies to:
- break down operations problems into essential parts
- quickly model problems in a way that reveals the real root causes of operational problems
- analyse problem and incident models in a way that will identify controllable root causes
- target corrective actions for maximum corrective impact; at the highest level within the causal structure - real systemic change.

This course includes:
- No Computer is required for this course.
- Full Manual and Workbook provided.
- Choice of function workbook for case study/ application exercise i.e. medical; engineering, quality or OHS practice examples
- One-month post-training e-mail feedback and Q&A on REASON RCA models
- Post-training practice tools including computerised practice for tutorial and case studies model building. (this support is provided via e-mail; 48hr response time)
