This course provides problem solvers with an an Analyst level mastery of the REASON® Pro Software.
While it is not essential that participants have completed the 1-day methodology training it is recomended as this course does not explain on the REASON® root cause analysis methodology; the focus is on the functional operation of the REASON® Pro software.
The training is structured to include immediate practical application of new skills to real-life case study examples, re-enforcing the learning outcomes and providing immediate hands-on experience using the new problem solving skills.

- 15% Administration Fee up to 72 hours prior to training date.
- No refund during the 72 hours prior to the scheduled training date.
TRANSFERS:
- Transfer to another attendee can be made at no charge up to 72 hours prior to scheduled training delivery date, a 20% administration feel will then apply.
